TodsAI is an engineering company run by people who own and operate businesses. We build AI systems and software for other companies the way we build them for our own: around how the business actually makes money.
The story
Running a business changed how we build.
We spent years building software for other people's companies. Then we started running our own: restaurants, nightlife and travel. We learned what it takes to organise a company, keep it standing through a slow month and move it forward.
An idea that sounds clever in a meeting dies quickly on a busy Friday night. So everything we build has to survive a real week in a real business: messy data, busy staff, customers who write at 2am, and an owner who needs to know what happened.
Today the same systems run our own companies and our clients' businesses across Europe and Asia. We keep the client list short on purpose, so every system has people behind it who answer for it.
