Built by an operator, not an agency

TodsAI is one person with a fleet of machines: Dimitris — a Greek software engineer and hospitality operator who builds marketing systems, runs them on his own venues first, and sells only what survives.

I spent years building software for other people's companies — and then became my own best client: restaurants and a nightclub in Pokhara, Nepal, plus digital products for the European market.

Running real venues changed how I build. A marketing idea that sounds clever on a slide dies quickly against a packed Friday-night restaurant. So I automated the marketing work nobody in a busy business has time for — content, reviews, guest questions, ads — and supervise it like someone whose own money is on the line. Because it is.

Today that system — the Marketing Autopilot — runs my own venues and a growing set of client businesses from Lisbon to Pokhara. I keep the client list short on purpose: every autopilot gets a human supervisor, and that human is me.
