1. Who We Are
TodsAI LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact us at hello@todsai.com.
2. Services
We provide AI marketing automation subscriptions as described on this site. Plans are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Billing
Fees are charged monthly in advance in USD through our payment processor, Stripe. A one-time setup fee applies where stated. Business customers are responsible for any taxes or VAT applicable in their country. For EU businesses, the VAT reverse-charge mechanism applies because the services are supplied from outside the EU.
4. Ad Spend
Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to Meta or Google through the client's own ad accounts and are separate from our fees.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-month refunds.

7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the timely access, materials and approvals needed for us to deliver the service.
8. Intellectual Property
Content we produce for you becomes yours once it has been paid for. Our tools, systems and know-how remain ours.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
